At Neemai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery provided the items are unworn and have all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Neemai account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
